2026 Yard Waste Pick-Up
Yard waste recycling service will take place in 2026 on the following dates :
- April 4, 2026
- May 2, 2026
- June 13, 2026
- September 26, 2026
- October 10, 2026
- November 7, 2026
The service includes the removal of shrubbery; chipped shrubbery; tree trimmings and garden residue (with dirt removed). Items must be placed inside a brown biodegradable bag. Larger yard waste must be bundled and contain waste no larger than four feet in length and three inches in diameter. A bundle should be a reasonable weight estimated at no more than 20 lbs. Grass clippings will not be picked up. All items must be placed at the curb before 6:00 a.m. on the service date.
Yard waste pick-up is by appointment only. Please contact County Hauling at 1-888-883-0333 no later than the Wednesday before the Saturday pick-up date. When you call to be placed on the pick-up schedule, please tell the customer service representative that you are a resident of Plum Borough.
