Comprehensive Plan
The Plum Borough Comprehensive Plan was adopted by Borough Council on July 9, 2012. The plan serves as a guide to both the public and private sectors concerning the borough’s development and growth. As a general plan, it is intended to provide policies and principles that can be applied to address the borough’s needs, while also being consistent with Allegheny Places, the Allegheny County Comprehensive Plan.
