Garbage and Stormwater Billing Change for 2025

Solid waste and stormwater fees are currently billed monthly or quarterly by the Plum Borough Municipal Authority (PBMA). Starting in 2025, Plum Borough will no longer use the PBMA to bill for solid waste and stormwater fees. Moving forward, current and delinquent fees pertaining to solid waste and stormwater will be billed by Keystone Collections.
