• Act 32 Changes in the Collection of Earned Income Tax

Everyone who resides in the Borough of Plum will be required to complete a Certificate of Residency for your employer. On that Certificate, you will be asked for Plum Borough’s PSD Code and tax rate.

The PSD Code is 720601 and the tax rate is 1%
