4/22/2020 ***Permit Update***

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Plum Borough  Municipal building is closed to the public.  However, to better serve the residents of Plum Borough, and in order to avoid a backlog of permit requests when the Governor’s restrictions are eventually lifted, the Borough is now accepting applications for building permits, occupancy permits and zoning certificates.  Permits will not be issued, and work may not begin on these permit requests until the construction restrictions are lifted by the Governor. Permit applications are available on the Plum Borough website. Completed applications can be dropped in the box located in the vestibule of the main entrance to the Borough Building.  If you have any questions concerning permits, please call- 412-795-6800 x 4504.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.
