How do I sign up to speak at a Council meeting?

If you wish to address Council, complete a "Request to Speak" form, which can be found at the entrance to Council Chambers. Please be sure to select if it is an "agenda" or "non-agenda" item that you wish to speak on.

You may email a "Request to Speak" form or submit it to any member of the Administrative Borough Staff at any regular Council meeting.  The President of Council will call you to the podium at the appropriate time.
